Value Added Materials (VAM)
Chace offers full posting services for Value Added Materials (VAM) such as featurettes, audio commentaries, deleted scenes, and more.
We understand the delicate balance of quality and budget. Sometimes audio sources for VAM material can be minimally processed to achieve acceptable results. In other cases, deleted and extended scenes need to be fully posted in order to seamlessly blend with the original soundtrack. Our engineers have the expertise to know the difference, and our Project Managers will work with VAM producers to determine the best approach for the budget.
VAM material for many DVD and Blu-ray Discs have been mixed in Studio G.
Studio R is an ideal space for mixing VAM.
Commentary or new ADR for VAM can be recorded in Stage B at the Rick Chace Film Center.
Studio E has an attached voice-over booth that can be used for recording commentaries.
Many VAM pieces have been mixed in Studio H.
